With the aim of achieving a more equitable gender balance, thus overcoming the stereotypical view of roles, San Marco Group S.p.A. has acted on several fronts, implementing a series of structural initiatives and projects to build from scratch the Gender Equality Management System, as well as to achieve the KPIs set out by the Reference Practice. In fact, the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice requires the adoption of specific indicators, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in relation to 6 evaluation areas for the different variables that characterize an inclusive organization that respects gender equality:
